Welcome to my Professional Website!

My name is Dr. Tarlan Sedaghat and I’m a Prosthodontist! My partner and I recently moved back home, San Diego, to be with family and I’m excited to help patients in San Diego area achieve their most authentic smile.

I studied Biology for my Bachelors at University of California, Davis and went on to earn my Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Tufts University in Boston, MA. After Boston, I moved to San Francisco for my Prosthodontics training at University of California, San Francisco. The years I’ve dedicated to my training has allowed me to become a better clinician and I’ve loved all the cities we’ve been able to call home during those years. Now, I’m grateful for the journey that has brought us back home.

Outside of Clinical practice I’m a board member of American College of Prosthodontist California Section and an active member of The American Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry ( Previously known as American Prosthodontics Society & American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics). On a local level, I serve with the San Diego County Dental Society on the Continuing Education Committee.

When not seeing patients, you may find me at a local Theater Company, walking dogs from the local shelters or just strolling at the Farmers Market.
